The F-150 Raptor is all-new for the 2021 model year, and while its twin-turbocharged six-cylinder remains unmodified, everything else is beefier than before. Styling changes are hard to spot, but the nose and tail are revamped with updated light signatures and integrated aerodynamics. With the optional 37 package, the Raptor rides on monster 37-inch BF Goodrich K02 All Terrain tires, boasting more ground clearance than its predecessor. A new coil-over rear suspension replaces the older leaf springs and updated FOX Live Valve shocks provide quicker response to changing terrain.

Inside, the F-150 Raptor gains premium materials, a larger touchscreen infotainment, and sophisticated digital gauge cluster from the standard F-150 to warrant the truck’s bump in price. Are these changes enough to put the new Raptor on even footing with the more powerful RAM 1500 TRX? Find out in this POV Drive Review.
