KBB’s Brand Image Awards outline consumer perceptions of the leading automakers.
Brand image is crucial.
Laura Burstein, formerly of Edmunds.com, shared this study with me and noted that though this award is limited by: those who use KBB, those who are currently shopping for a new vehicle (not current owners), and purely online data, it is a very important consideration for automakers who rely on customer perception (almost all do).
Kudos to KBB for offering this award, and kudos to the automakers who jumped on unique social media campaigns to improve customer service and branding.
